I didn’t just study to become accredited. After suffering for over fifteen years with severe anxiety and depression without being able to find the help I needed, I was highly motivated to learn what works to save my life and heal myself.

I have had depression and anxiety over a 10 year period on and off, medication was helping a bit, but it was like being in a thick dark fog with no escape. When you are that depressed you are looking for and hoping there could be some sort help out there somewhere, if you can even be bothered looking.
